Returns Policy

While we fully stand by every product that we sell, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn't exactly what you were hoping for.

That's why we offer a 15-Day Return Policy.

We are sad to see you go, but if you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 15 days after receipt of your order, please fill out the return form here, and we will be in touch with the next steps.

Please note:

  • Due to the size of some of the items, you as the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of the item(s) in your order.
  • We do not charge restocking fees if received within the 15-day return window, however, to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must not show any visual signs of wear. Fees may apply or returns may be rejected if the above criteria are not met.

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected at our warehouse(s), we will send you an email notification that we have processed your return payment.

Items returned showing visual signs of wear or other faults related to use will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Damages

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@dynamicsetups.com within 7 days of the delivered date.

Dynamic Setups will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees.

Cancellations received before shipment will receive a full refund.

Orders cancelled after items have shipped will follow our 15-Day Return policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.

Other Return Policy Notes:

  • We follow the return policies of each of our vendors which are typically different. Due to the large number of products and vendors we work with, we will handle on a case-by-case basis, but the general 15-day policy still applies.
  • If a certain vendor or product does not support the return policy stated above, this will be noted in the product descriptions or in the product-specific return information.
  • Products that are specified as certified pre-owned or used are ineligible for a return
  • Dynamic Setups only sells to purchasers who intend to use the item(s) for the duration of its economic life. Orders purchased for the specific purpose of a "one time use or temporary use" are not eligible for return under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to; orders intended for use in a trade show or a conference venue, orders that are purchased by promotional companies, and orders that are purchased by trade show facilitators.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged while in transit or rejected because it was sent to the wrong address.
  • For high value goods, we encourage you to pay for shipping insurance to safeguard against any loss or damage. You are responsible for any insurance claim filing with the carriers.
  • Return authorizations expire 15 days after approval; please contact us if you need additional time to return your order

Exchanges

  • We generally do not offer exchanges on any of our products, however certain exceptions may apply.
  • Products can be returned for a refund so that you can repurchase your preferred item or configuration, but we cannot provide a credit towards that new purchase.

Amazon Returns 

  • If you placed your order via Amazon, please initiate your return through Amazon directly.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center here
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Any item can be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • They need to be in “like new” condition as mentioned above

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Items passed the 15-day return policy unless it falls under warranty. See warranty policy here.

What are the refund options?

Refunds go to the original payment method.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
