All Direction Desks’ standing desks come with a 5-year warranty on all electrical and mechanical components of the desk. If any electric or mechanical part of the desk malfunctions within 5 years, you will get a replacement part or a completely new desk free of charge. The Direction Desk standard desk ships in 3 separate packages (2 boxes for the frame and 1 for the top) They all ship out on the same day and will ship within 2 days of your order. Standard transit times are 3-5 days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Q: If my desk is one inch how does it stay on if there is a 1 1/8″ opening? A: Washers are provided for those who have desks that are thinner than 1 1/8″.
Q: Can this be cut to size? A: It is not recommended but it can be cut.
Q: Do you have to put holes in your desk for this to work? A: Yes. Installing this product to your desk requires some screws then be inserted into the bottom side of the desktop.
Q: Do you make one that would work on a curved edge? A: Yes. Our flexible edge works for curved edges.
